Calibration Technician:
Individual must have a minimum of a high school degree or equivalent and three years experience. Individual should be well versed in performing calibrations on pressure, temperature, flow and dimensional instrumentation. Individual must be familiar with ISO 10012 and AS9100 and other industry calibration standards. Must be able to manage outside calibration contracts, work on their own, and perform audits on outside contractors.
Machinist:
Responsibilities of the position include but may not be limited to the following: Able to set up and operate all machine tools such as VTL, engine lathe, jig bore, Bridgeport, (I.D. and O.D. grinding a plus). Proto Trak Lathe or Milling experiences a plus. Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and shop manuals. A minimum of 3 years experience preferred.
Blender:
Position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: de-burring, blending, and cleaning, anti galling, acid etching, minor assembly and disassembly of various engine components in accordance with associated standard practice manuals and maintenance manual instructions.
Plasma Sprayer:
Responsibilities of the position include but may not be limited to the following: Operator is responsible for all the application and utilization of various masking in order to protect areas that no plasma coating, grit blasting or shot peen occurs. The ability to read and understand engine manuals and or blue prints. Experienced thermal spray operator versed in Praxair and Sulzer-Metco plasma systems and equipment. At least 3+ years of production experience, which include complete training and experience in robotic operations, preferably ABB.
Assembly Tech.
Position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Responsible for assembly, disassembly in pneumatic, hydraulic and fuel components. Ability to evaluate test results, troubleshoot and interpret technical information with a moderate to advanced mechanical ability.
Inspectors:
Individual must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. To be considered, you must have previous experience in the use of inspection tools such as micrometers, digital snap gages, dial bores, indicators, layout inspection techniques with good math skills etc. Knowledge of geometric tolerance is helpful. You must be capable of performing your own set-up and must be familiar with and able to read and understand relevant technical data. Have the ability to evaluate visual items using the applicable and appropriate technical data. Interpreting CMM reports is very important. Previous experience as a “Return to Service” inspector is a must.
Previous knowledge of FAR Part 145 is important and experience using PW and GE engine manual highly desired.
Clean Line:
High school degree or equivalent. Position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: de-burring, blending, cleaning spop 203 and spop 18. Minor assembly and disassembly of various engine components in accordance with associated standard practice manuals and maintenance manual instructions.
MASKING OPERATOR:
Masking operator for thermal spray and shot peen operations. The position applies various protective masking media to customer components using overhaul manual instruction, and engineering operation sheets for specific instruction to assure compliance to customer requirements.
