All our employees are trained and involved in our continuous improvement process which encourages everyone to take ownership for their work along with reinforcing our team environment.
By aligning the entire value stream around customer focused metrics, such as turnaround time, on time delivery and quality, we have achieved world class results as demonstrated through our annual customer survey scores. These core principles adopted by everyone at TCI has enabled us to achieve United Technologies Corporation Supplier Gold status for three consecutive years. This program is designed to recognize supplier excellence through the promotion of lean concepts with the objective of building and maintaining a continuous improvement culture.
