We are listed in the Pratt & Whitney overhaul manuals as an approved source for electron beam weld repair. We have the capability to perform Plasma Coating and Shot Peen services using the most advanced robotics, offering our customers a precise and efficient way to process the most complex parts. Our in-house laboratory ensures coating tests are performed to rigorous standards, meeting our customers' strict requirements. Our variety of grit blasting and automated shot peening equipment ensures that part surfaces are ready to coat. We develop and manufacture all tooling in-house to minimize cost and lead-time. Our equipment includes precision grinding, honing, lapping and machining capabilities. Finishing is offered as part of our full service package to our customers.
